Please understand that ALL sales are final.

If wrong item is sent upon arrival, please contact Christy LLC at info@shopchristy.com. In the email, include ONE picture of receipt stating original item ordered WITH incorrect item sent, so we can help. 

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Christy LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
